This work is the project of one of the reliefs of the monument to Mossèn Cinto by the architect Josep M. Pericas which won the subscription organised by Barcelona City Council. The sculptors that collaborated in the works were Joan Borrell i Nicolau, who executed the main statue and the brothers Miquel and Lluçià Oslè, who made the reliefs and the allegorical figures of epic, mystic and popular poetry.
