The closest painting is the Saint John by Antoni Ferran of 1,42 x 1,06 cm. which in 1866-67 bore no. 340 and in 1913 no. 338. Since the measurments only differ in a few centimetres, as usually occurs with many other works whose authorship is beyond doubt, we suggest the above-mentioned painting corresponds with this present item.
