It is known that he studied in the School of the Llotja of Barcelona, in his section of Fine arts, at least between 1902 and 1905, and that on having finished the latter year granted a Stock exchange of Trip to him for the Painting, of four months of duration financed by the Deputation of Barcelona. In fact, in May, 1906 he was in Madrid copying works of the Prado Museum (Arxiu RACBASJ 255.3.18). He took part in the International V Exposición of Fine arts of 1907 and in that of Portraits of 1910, both celebrated in Barcelona. It is probable that for his relation with the Academy his father was bequeathing to this corporation in 1940 sixteen of his works, of which only ten remain at present, landscapes and portraits in the main, you work that they us demonstrate the indisputable talent that this young and unsuccessful painter had.
