In recent years this artist, established in Andorra for some time, has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions around the state and his work is preserved in prestigious public and private collections. The paintings and drawings of Francisco Sánchez focus on the landscape, describing places of intense loneliness, surrounded always veiled and mysterious atmosphere that is halfway between reality and dream, and in which often introduces elements symbolic and dream. Thus, the physical reality and concrete is serving a metaphysical interpretation of the world, their inner life process, which is translated into visual language through imagination and aesthetics suggestive and evocative.
